You Are A Badass

How To Stop Doubting Your Greatness and Start Living an Awesome Life, by Jen Sincero

This book really challenged me and lit my fire! I was drawn to this book because I am forever seeking how to live my best life, and also because I am a badass 😉

A sometimes insecure badass actually, so a book on how to stop doubting my greatness sounded amazing.

Jen Sincero is hilarious and brutally honest — I had a great time reading this book and she drove a lot of points home to help re-shape my mindset on some things.

“If you want to live a life you’ve never lived…

You have to do thing you’ve never done.”

If you are ready to stop just wanting to change your life to deciding to change your life — this is the book for you.

I’ve read a lot of self-help books, and work with a life coach, so I was familiar with a lot of the concepts Sincero has in this book, but I loved having them all in one spot, right in my face! Regardless of your experience with self help books, you’ll love this one.

“And the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom.”

— Anais Nin

Sincero goes through how you got to the point you’re currently at, how to start truly loving yourself, tackles how to let go and follow your intuition, get over your own bullshit, and then how to move forward and kick ass!

I loved the format of the book — broken down in easy to read chunks within each chapter. Filled with amazing, inspiring quotes that will rock your world.

If you’re ready to take that leap and make a change — grab this book ASAP and go be your badass self that the world needs you to be!
